How did you transition? Were you full time femme before the implants? How old were you? Have you had any other add-ons?

I was mostly full time for a long time before I got my implants. I was enfemme except at my day job. The implants was a parting shot so to speak as I separated from my ex wife. I was 36 at the time. No other surgeries so far. Botox doesn’t count. I will remain non-op
